Yoga on the Reformer

Sweat, flow, strengthen, lengthen, center and challenge yourself in this Yoga on the Reformer workshop! Combining the core-centric benefits of Pilates, the instability and resistance of the Pilates Reformer and the full body lengthening and strengthening flow of yoga, this workshop will challenge you and fit all your mind-body fitness needs into one hour!

We’ll integrate Pilates core work with the powerful full-body flow of yoga, helping you radiate strength from your center outward. We’ll transition through a variety of balance-challenging and flexibility-enhancing standing poses with gracefully heart-pumping Sun Salutations while your entire body works intensely to stabilize your Reformer and work with the resistance of the springs.

Each class will have a physical and corresponding spiritual theme. You'll leave class feeling more aligned, flexible, strong and balanced both physically and spiritually... and no judgement if you also leave with a few 'gram worthy pics.
